POLICY AND LIMITED LIABILITY

This is not a child proof home.  Children under 7 years of age need to be under approval by in taker.

A deposit is required at time of reservation (deposit varies on group size) a 7 day cancellation policy   is required for one night or weekend stays a 20 day cancellation is required for weekly stays or large group parties if cancellation is notified before these terms deposit may not be refunded unless we are able to rebook within the time given.

Attendee will be required for safety purposes during special events.  Please call for further pricing and information.

Depending on the size of your special event innkeepers will be on premises, a fee will be required, unless event is catered by Tate's fee will be cancelled.
